SEO - Search Engine Optimisation

Unlike many web designers that offer SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) as an aside to their main services, usually only believing that writing a meta description and stuffing in keywords are all that is required, 22i design actually know SEO.

We've been doing SEO almost every working day for the last 10 years for small business websites and for big business websites alike, so we not only understand but we also practice good SEO techniques, it's in our pedigree.

Some terms are dead easy to rank for whilst others require a lot more work, but just get in touch with us and you will know we walk the walk (whereas others just talk the talk).

Why risk wasting time & money with the Mickey Mouse optimisers when you can have real expertise and no keyword stuffing or automated monthly reports (most of which are junk anyway)

What is SEO?

SEO or Search Engine Optimisation is the process of making your webpages and your website as visible as they can be on the web. By optimising pages and websites you give yourself a better chance of being found and traffic to a website often means business. The main point is why have a website when nobody can find it?

Aren't all Search Engine Consultants the same?

There are a lot of common paths to take in the SEO industry. Basically SEO is not rocket science but it does take experience and understanding in order to make roads in the SEO business.

Some SEO people do a very basic job or use automated tools to do their jobs for them. Often a client is simply paying someone to press buttons and that's not good enough in SEO.

Good SEO is about taking the time to understand the client, their needs, their products & services, performing keyword & keyphrase research and then full implementation of techniques.

Monitoring & reporting should not cost a client £50 a month for the "SEO" company pressing a button on an automated tool to bring up a worthless report.

People either love & understand SEO or they don't, so find out whether your SEO consultant is really interested in getting you better results or whether they simply want to sell you a cheap cookie-cutter package and just take your money.
