FireFox screenMozilla FireFox is a free, open source browser. As well as having built-in pop-up blocker and tabbed browsing (no more clutter of numerous open windows) FireFox is a secure & stable standards compliant browser with a community of dedicated and enthusiastic developers and designers behind it.

FireFox also has numerous browser plug-ins, my favourite, as a web designer, being the web developer browser plug-in by Chris Pederick. The web developer plug-in has a validation button to check your HTML and CSS for W3C standards compliance and tools for outlining of froms, no alt & title attributes, forms.. I could go on but it's worthwhile checking for yourself.
