We’ve actually been creating web content since 1998, working on a popular automotive website before moving into sports, healthcare, and then 14 years for the UK SME sector. Working for the small and medium-sized business sector, we managed and created business articles, business news, and a commercial blog.
Since then we’ve covered multiple sectors with our content and copywriting, from finance, healthcare, law, and technology to construction and manufacturing. Of course, being in the design and digital sector ourselves, we have a massive amount of experience and expertise in creative and marketing content.
The Benefits of Content Creation
Our vast experience of working with local business, national charities and global multinationals for over 25 years now, means that we’ve seen the benefits that content creation brings to websites.
From freshness, to indexing in the search engines, user engagement, and customer conversion, content is the most important aspect of your website.
Furthermore, we always help organisations to “punch above their weight” with surprising (to our clients) wins over larger competitors, as well as maintaining rank and traffic once we’ve increased their visibility and elevated their status. And we all know that being seen more means more clicks and more conversions.
Types of Content Creation
We primarily create website copy, from key page content, to articles, news, blogs, and case studies. We’ve even created technical documentation for download by users.
Additionally we can ideate and provide content such as images, illustration and photography, and we have selected partners who can design everything from infographics to presentations, video, and audio.
Whatever your website needs, we can provide it. And we will only create what we genuinely believe will work. With our data-led approach to digital marketing, we can provide your business with brilliant insights into what’s currently working and conduct content gap analysis to what you need.
Our Stance on AI Content
We write our own content as much as possible because we’ve being writing copy for over 25 years, it looks, reads, and feels real, and the personality we’re known for placing in our content tends to have higher levels of engagement.
However, we do sometimes use generative AI to produce frameworks for content which we then overwrite and build around. Sometimes, on the very odd occasion, we may leave some AI generated content in place but will always come back to it very quickly.
As for AI generated imagery, we use AI tools to create “quick and dirty” images for our blog posts. We prefer human-designed images, and we supply this wherever possible, but sometimes it’s just not realistic to set up extensive studio time for a photoshoot when we can get great results in Adobe Firefly (Or similar)
We’ll advise the best approach on AI content dependent on each individual project’s specific requirements.
